Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an invoice. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item:

• Send us an email at contact@trustbyte.in to get confirmation of your exchange
• Only send your item to our office address after receiving confirmation
• Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the defective product

📦 Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us first via phone or email for approval. Only send your product to our office address after approval is received.

• You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs
• Shipping costs are non-refundable — if you receive a refund, return shipping cost will be deducted
• For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
• We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking
